I have been a coach and trainer for nearly 15 years and have worked with a wide variety of clients in a wide variety of settings.

I've worked with professional athletes, scholastic athletes, hobbyists, the geriatric population, and everything in between.


My areas of expertise are injury prevention & recovery, weight loss, body transformations, and sports (or life) performance.


My approach is to keep it simple, set reasonable goals, provide actionable steps, and have fun in the process - otherwise, whats the point?
